WP1: Management – Year 2

Semi-annual update 3 – August 2017

Amendment

The main task under WP1 from March to August 2017 was the processing of an amendment to the consortium and the grant agreement.

Due to changes in organisational strategy and commitments, partner Eurecat will leave the consortium on 31 October 2017, after completion of their hosting obligations.

Partners Universitat Politecnica de Catalunya and DU IT srl officially acceded to the consortium in May 2017, to cover the expertise leaving the consortium with Eurecat, as well as adding ICT
expertise related to applying technology in the context of dementia care, and sensory interiors.

Mid-term review

On 28 June 2017, the consortium met virtually with the REA project officer, Gianluca Coluccio, to undertake the project mid-term review. Members of the consortium presented on progress in all current work packages during the first 15 months, and Mr Coluccio advised on how to proceed with administrative and managerial issues.

Management meeting

A management meeting took place in Luxembourg on Thursday 18 May 2017.

Semi-annual update 4 – February 2018

Amendment

A second amendment was started in January 2018, to cover the accession of two new beneficiaries to the consortium from 1 March 2018. These new beneficiaries will cover shortfall in secondments which existing beneficiaries are not able to undertake.
