WP8: Dissemination, Sustainability and Outreach

Objectives

Dissemination of key learning and innovation result to academic and non-academic audiences in the different sectors. WP8 will be led by UT, with partners being responsible for individual tasks.

O8.1: Co-ordinate scientific publications to relevant audiences in Design, Health, ICT.

O8.2: Non-academic publications to a broad range of audiences, including dementia end-user groups, dementia policy organisations, lobby and support groups, general public audiences.

O8.3: Open information events through appropriate project partners (e.g. Alzheimer Europe).

O8.4: maintain online open-access resources.

O8.5: Continuation activities to enable the sustainability of the partnership.

Description of Work

Task 8.1: Consortium partners will synthesise the scientific intranet papers from WPs 2-6 into targeted peer reviewed conference and journal publications, by means of which the project findings will be disseminated to relevant audiences from Design, Health, ICT and others.

Task 8.2: Consortium partners will develop a number of targeted non-academic publications from scientific intranet papers of WP 2-6 to reach a broad range of audiences, including dementia end-user groups, policy organisations, lobby and support groups, general public audiences.

Task 8.3: We will hold a number of information events through appropriate project partners (e.g. Alzheimer Europe, INTRAS) to reach target audiences.

Task 8.4: All partners will produce content for the project website (WP 2-7) to build an open access resource to widely publicise guidelines and recommendations developed during the project.

Task 8.5: New areas for investigation and innovation will be identified, as well as future project funding from various sources for the continuation of the project and the potential commercialisation of relevant project results.
